Good idea to have your sights set on something. Can't afford the Galapagos Islands though. Remember Amersham are a must win at any cost club, we enjoy our photography. Maybe College Lake or Marsworth for an outing, won't cost as much and you can be home for tea!!

Hi, if anybody is considering buying a new DSLR set-up, then Jessops currently have a 40D 'bundle' on offer which includes a 40D body with Canon 18-85mm lens with image stabilisation, 70-300mm Tamron zoom, Canon battery grip, extra battery and 8 GB CF card at around £1380 which is a saving of well over £300. Go get it!

Hi I have just been tasked with buying a digital camera for work. The idea is we send it to people around the country so they can take photos of their events. The camera needs to be really easy to use, very high quality, and also bombproof, so it doesn't get broken in the post. I have bought Which? magazine, but wondered if anyone has any recommendations. Also what about software? We will only be shooting in Jpeg, but may need to do minor manipulation to images. It has to be user friendly. Would elements be the best bet? Kathryn Tuesday, May 27

Just posting this to see whether it works! The only strange thing is, I logged onto the nice looking blog page, but then when I wanted to add a new post, it made me re-log on on the 123 reg page, which seems a bit odd, as I thought once you were logged on, you were logged on. Wednesday, May 14
